Room Rates:

Keystone Lodge $140 per night
Conference Village Studio $125 per night
Conference Village One Bedroom $140 per night
Room rates do not include the current state and local sales tax and surcharge which adds 11.88 percent on rooms. To receive SALES TAX CREDIT, please bring proper paperwork when you check-in.

Make your reservation early. PRIMA Room Rates are held on space and rate available until July 11, 2008.

The above discounted room rate is available to conference attendees three days before and three days after the actual conference dates, based upon availability.

Reservations and accommodations are your own responsibility and expense. Colorado PRIMA has reserved a block of rooms at Keystone Resort, and reservations can be made directly with the resort. You can call resort reservations toll free at (800) 258-0437. All reservations must be made by the reservation release date of July 29, 2008. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis only and the negotiated package prices will be available based on room availability.

Checkout time is 11 a.m.

Guest Transportation and Parking

There is complimentary parking across the street from the Keystone Lodge. You can access the parking lot by walk through the tunnel that runs under the highway. If you are staying in a condo, the front desk agent will advise you on the best place to park once you check in.

For out of town guests, Colorado Mountain Express can offer transportation to and from the airport. Go to www.ridecme.com for additional details.

Click here for driving directions to Keystone. The Keystone Lodge has front desk staff 24 hours a day, so if you miss the condo front desk hours, please go there for check-in. Also, all meetings will be held in the Keystone Lodge.

CO PRIMA attendees will have access to the Keystone Resorts pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball court and sun deck. One complimentary Adventure Passport™ will be provided per registered guest.
