RESERVATIONS
For lodging reservations, please reference the CO PRIMA Conference when you call the Sheraton Steamboat Resort at 800-848-8877 or click on this link to book your reservation.
Discounted rates will be offered until July 20, 2012. After July 20, rate will be based on space available.
One night deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit is refundable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival and you need to cancel, you will be forfeit the 1 night deposit.

An additional $10 per room, per night (plus 11.4% tax) will be added to each guest folio. The standard resort fee is $20 per room per night fee. If you are booking your room with the online reservation system, it will default to show a $20 fee and cannot be changed on the online system. Your final bill will show $10 per room per night. The $10 includes the following complimentary services
- Local and 800 calls
- In room high speed Internet access
- 2 bottled waters per day
- Shuttle service to downtown
- Access to self parking garage
Room rates are based on single and double adult occupancy. Additional adults will be charged $25 per night to occupy the room. Children 17 years and under stay free with an adult. 
Credit cards will be charged one night’s deposit 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive full refund. Early Departure Fee of $50 per night.
The discounted group rates will be extended 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates, based on availability.

Check-In is 3:00 pm
Check-Out is 11:00 am
Early check-ins or late check-outs will be honored based on availability and at the discretion of the hotel front desk.
Tax Exempt Qualifications
If you are a tax exempt entity of the state of Colorado, you must provide the following information to the Sheraton Steamboat upon check-in.
- Bring a copy of your organization’s tax exempt certificate and the hotel stay must be paid for by a check or credit card with the organizations name on it

- Take Highway 230 South through Walden.
- Take Route 14 South to Route 40 West to Steamboat.
- Take the Mt. Werner Road Exit.
From Denver, Colorado (East)
- Take Interstate 70 West through the Eisenhower Tunnel.
- Take the Silverthorne Exit.
- Turn right onto Route 9 North to Kremmling.
- Turn left onto Route 40.
- Continue for 70 miles.
- Take the Mt. Werner Road Exit
- Turn right on Mount Werner Road.
- Continue for 1 mile.
- Turn left onto Mount Werner Circle
- The hotel is on the left.
From Vail, Colorado (South)
- Take Highway 131 North for approximately 90 miles to Route 40.
- Turn left onto Route 40 West.
- Take the Mt. Werner Road Exit.
From Salt Lake City, Utah (West)
- Take US 40 East to the Steamboat/Mt. Werner Exit
