Discounted rates will be offered until July 16, 2010. After July 16, rate will be based on space available.
One night deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit is refundable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival and you need to cancel, you will be forfeit the 1 night deposit.

The nightly rates listed above do not include tax or resort fee. Tax is 9.8% and resort fee is 6%. The Resort has offered a few discounts for you to take advantage of during your stay.
- The discounted group rates will be extended 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates, based on availability.
- Discounted self parking at $7 per day. (currently $25 per day)
- 10% discount on spa appointments booked before 2:00 pm over the dates of August 7-10, 2010. Call 88-824-5772 or email vcrspa@destinationhotels.com to set up an appointment. Reference the CO PRIMA Conference to get the discount.

Early check-ins or late check-outs will be honored based on availability and at the discretion of the hotel front desk.
Upon check-in each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges and resort fees for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the resort’s ancillary services.
Tax Exempt Qualifications
If you are a tax exempt entity of the state of Colorado and would like to apply to the hotel taxes, you must provide the following information to the Vail Cascade upon check-in.
- Provide a valid tax exemption form issued by the state of Colorado. Certificates issued by any other state or federal agencies are NOT valid.
- Payment of all room charges must be made either by credit card and/or check issued by the government agency/organization that qualifies for tax exempt status. Payments may not be made in cash, personal check or personal credit card.

- From DIA - Take I-70 West. Exit 176 (main Vail). At end of ramp, enter roundabout and go to the left under the Interstate. Enter the 2nd roundabout and turn right onto South Frontage Road (toward Lionshead). The resort is approximately 1.5 miles on the left.
- From Eagle County Airport - Take I-70 East for approximately 40 minutes. Exit 173 (West Vail). Enter roundabout and follow signs to South Frontage Road/Vail Village/Lionshead. The resort is located one mile on the right.
